The itSMF Macedonia Annual Assembly was held  on 15.12.2009, with the following agenda:

1. Opening of the Annual Assembly and election of the verification commission.
2. Report of the Supervisory Board for the work of itSMF Macedonia for the period 2008/2009.
3. Report for the work of the Board of Directors of itSMF Macedonia for the period 2008/2009.
4. Election of the Organization members: President of the Assembly, members of the Board of  Directors, members of the Supervisory Board.
5. Debate
   

After of individual report of presidents of the committees of the itSMF Macedonia, voting was provided with the folowilg results:

• Vasko Pavloski was elected for itSMF President.
  

For members of the Board of Directors of itSMF Macedonia were elected:

• Aleksandar Ugrinoski (Civil Servant Agency), President of The Board of Directors of the itSMF Macedonia
• Vanja Mirkovski (E-Government), Vice President of the Board of Directors 
• Aleksandar Cvetanovski (Ministry of Information Society), Chairman of the Committee for Marketing and Promotion 
• Anna Meshkovska (Trajkovski & Partners), Chairman of the Committee for Events 
• Vase Tushevski (MIT University), Chairman of the Committee for Membership 
• Dane Krstevski (National Bank), Chairman of the Committee for Certification 
• Jasmina Trajkovski (Trajkovski & Partners), Chairman of the Committee for Publication
  

For members of the Supervisory Board  of itSMF Macedonia were elected:

• Igor Dimitrovski (IBM)
• Stefan Sokolovski (Neocom) 
• Marin Piperkovski (KIBS AD)
  

Members who were nominated, but did not receive enough votes:

• Borislav Nestorovski
• Igor Popovski 
• Jovce Plastinovski 
• Victoria Doncheva
  

These members were invited to accept the position of vice-chairmen of committees.
