itSMF (the IT Service Management Forum) is an independent and internationally recognized forum for professionals in the field of IT management services. itSMF is a nonprofit organization dedicated to continuous development and promotion of best practices, standards and qualifications in managing IT services. itSMF provides accessible network of industry experts, information sources and events in which are exchanged experiences from implementing the recommendations in the management of IT services. itSMF is founded in 1991, when the branch starts its operation (Chapter) of the United Kingdom as a founding moment in the chapter. itSMF is represented by over 6000 members(companies and public sector) with over 40,000 individuals, distributed in more than 50 branches. Each chapter is a separate legal entity and has great autonomy. One branch is the itSMF is itSMF Macedonia, itSMF chapter which is in charge for the good recommendations in the management of IT services in the territory of Macedonia. |

Because of this, the quality of today products and services is defined by the quality of IT Services.

  Every IT service is made with aim to satisfy user business needs.
  In order to know what service to supply, the supplier must understand user business. In order to understand, the supplier and the user must speak the seam language.
  If they speak and understand the same language, they can collaborate in the process of IT service supplying and they can become IT service partners. |

  The Information Technology Service Management Forum Macedonia is a non-profit organization affiliated to the itSMF International. It is established as a forum for Information Technology (IT) service/product providers, IT service/product users, and related parties to explore all means available to maximize IT business value.
  Although itSMF Macedonia takes strategic direction from itSMF International, it will operate within the Macedonia IT industry and its objectives must be relevant to that context. |
